Hi, I’m Greg Richter.
I’ve lived on South Palmway in District 4 for the last 7 1/2 years with my wife, Lucy, and our two dogs (Nori & Bear).
I spent my entire business career building relationships and driving projects forward to successful results, and I’ll bring that experience to the LWB City Commission.
I firmly believe that the City Commissioner position should not be used to advance one’s personal agenda. My only objective is to be your voice and help LWB thrive as a vibrant and charming community.
For over 30 years, I’ve been actively involved in the communities where I’ve lived. Here are some of my volunteer efforts in LWB:
-
President of the South Palm Park Neighborhood Assoc. for the past three years
-
During Covid, organized neighbors to help weekly at Feeding South Florida’s LWB food distribution
-
I volunteer weekly at the Burrito Project food distribution at Common Ground on Federal Hwy. in District 4
-
Mentor for Take Stock in Children - an organization that aims to provide mentors and college scholarships to low-income students in Florida
-
Meet monthly with the PB Sheriff’s Department (PBSO) as neighborhood liaison
-
An early supporter of the Gulfstream Hotel restoration, speaking in favor of it at many public forums and all City Commission and CRA meetings
-
Organizing committee member for many LWB events, including the Taste of Lake Worth, 4th of July Raft Race, & the Holiday Food Drive
-
Took part in organizing meetings (charrettes) for the Mobility Study Event, Downtown Rejuvenation, Beachfront Pool, and WMODA
I’m excited to represent everyone in District 4, bring your voice to City Hall, and help lead the charge in...
MOVING LWB FORWARD!
